CiCi`s Pizza in Chattanooga

Very friendly staff. Pizza was CiCi quality. It was hot and ready. Price was good for a buffet, and much cheaper than the area competitors on a Saturday night. Had a good variety of pizza for the kids and Dad. Had a salad for Mom. Dessert items were available as well. Great experience.

All you can eat buffet pizza, can order your own kind if they have it

Briley went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service even though the situation that was in question was beyond her control. the steps that this restaurant is taking for covid-19 precautions are outstanding, and if you had any concerns about eating here during the pandemic you can brush those aside because they are taking every possible step that they can. My interaction with Triley, it's made the experience that much better

This wouldn't be your first choice for family dining, but if you're looking for inexpensive pizza to fill up on this is your spot. Quick service, self-seat and serve, with a full buffet of varied styles of pizza. This place does draw a crowd, typically youth sports teams, so be prepared for that.

Pizza is cool and nice but there aren't enough dessert options

My first time going to this one and it was dirty no silverware they didnt have much on the line i will never go back there again. They need to busy working instead of standing around talking. Back in houston they make you feel like your in a high class restaurant. And they are on point with everything. Please do better.

The restaurant was dirty, some of the pizzas and cheese bread was under cooked. At one point there was 2 cheese pizzas and 2 pepperoni pizzas on the bar with no other pizza except 1 pizza that was old and dried out looking and under cooked cheese bread. The pasta and sauce area was messy. The “games” in the back were broken and take your money. I gave it 2 stars because the salad bar looked good and the staff was friendly. The entire party (2 adults and 2 kids) had an upset stomach for the rest of the evening after eating there. I won’t go there again.

I would like to recognize General Manager Brittney Barby at this located and staff Her Hospitality and Kindness Super Superdes when tou come inti the Restaurant everything is always fresh she takes care of everything you need even threw every thing going on Britney handles everything well and staff Great Location I highly recommend Thanks For Your Service

They don't believe in actually putting some sauce on their pizza. Everyone that I tried was dry.

Really good servers cooks and pizza was fresh start to finish, salad bar was the best I've seen at a Cici's, great. Location better than one in Georgia salt I n area

Love myself some cicis pizza. Wish they had more choices. I swear we were eating at the safest place in the mall as at least four cops and forty marines came in right after us. Thank God we already got our food first.

The value for the buffet far exceeds many of the other buffets I've been to. I always eat more than I should, but you always get your money's worth.it is nice to be able to go to a buffet and still be able to create your own pizzas and get them at the counter. The buffet offers pasta with either tomato sauce or alfredo sauce, breadsticks, soup, salad, pizza, desert pizza, and brownies. For like six bucks you get all of that, and you can't beat it.

The price is cheap, so I didn't really expect much of the quality, but the restaurant is disgusting. Everywhere I stepped, there was a piece of food or trash on the floor. We bussed our own table. The lettuce on the salad bar was super dried out. The Alfredo sauce tasted like someone sneezed a big wad of snot in it. The staff was decent, of the 1 member at the register that actually spoke to us. I wouldn't blame them for anything other than the lack of cleanliness in there.

The food was fresh and delicious. Sercice was great.Bathroom was trashed though. Other wise I would've given 5 stars

We go here almost Monthly! Great for families or parties of all sizes. Who doesn't love all you can eat pizza for a great prize. You can even order your own personal pan pizza for no additional cost. The only knock, is that if you have children in diapers, there is no area in the restrooms to actually change the child/put on a new diaper. I have seen multiple families including ours that have had a struggle of changing the kids with no changing table. All in all, We'll be back due to the value.

The food wasn't great. After order my food realize that it wasn't clean the floors were sticky and tables were nasty and it was only about 4 different people eating in there so it was no excuse why the floors/tables were sticky and not clean

The reason I gave 3 stars is because of how old and run down it looks like .The customers that go to that location totally ruin the experience for others. I have been here 3 times in the past 4 years. EVERYTIME, it's the same experience. I feel like walking right back out the door. The people I go with are too hungry to leave. So we stay. Otherwise , good food and prices.

Its okay but they need to be cleaner. The place smells of wet mop and mildew. Also the pizza needs to be fresher on the bar

I have been to this Cicis location several times in the past few months and did enjoy my experiences eating there. The girl that works the register up front is very cheerful and welcoming and seems to really enjoy her job. The pizza is decent, but not anything truly amazing which is to be expected due to the cheap price you pay for the buffet. There is usually a good variety to choose from though.

This Cicis will make pizza on request, the salad is fresh and the price is unbeatable.

These people were great. We showed up with a small high school group of about 25, and there was plenty of delicious food and smiles for everyone. I love me some Cicis!

Glad they were creative in ways to keep safe yet still offer their buffet. I am actually glad people aren't picking over the food anymore. Would like to see more cleaning and sanitizing in the eating area BUT other than that, good job CiCi's!

They were great. I had a party with about 30 people in my group, the workers were amazing so nice and respectful.

Great place to take the kids, lots of different choices

We went in as a large group, our STEM camp. We were checked in quickly and they kept plenty of hot pizzas on the bar. They did an excellent job for our group!

Always busy but always out of inventory and food. Spend lots of time waiting on them to make new food. I understand that they're busy but the cleanliness is an issue

Ok food really cheap nice place

Been coming here for many years but it is declining. Floors always look dirty as they were mopped with dirty water and either stick to your shoes or are slippery. Tables have a haze to them and smell like a sour rag. Just a personal thing but as a family we do not eat pork toppings so almost always have to request a pizza made as that is all they have out. On the positive side, their pizza tastes good and the salad bar is decent. Our kids like the pasta and alfredo.

CiCi's staff has helped me beyond measure....making sure all the local healthcare workers have been taken care of lately by way of excellent service and PIZZA!!! I cannot give the Chattanooga locations more Thanks and Praise! Above and beyond kind and professional....This team is AMAZING!!! LOVE them ALL!

Good service especially during lunch time. Wish they have a CiCis closer to my area because they always crowded but it only means the food good which it is. Little bit more variety and they will be top notch.

One of the best affordable place for all your craving for Pizza. They have buffet options with good number of pizza varieties for Non Veg lovers. For veggies they have cheese pizza and upon request they happily serve us custom prepared veggie pizzas with our required toppings. Apart from this the buffet includes brownies, Cinnamon bread, Garlic knots, Pasta, Salad bar and Soup. The price for kids buffet is even less. They have options for take away and hence if not tried please enjoy your dinner once here you will love this restaurant. Only reason for 4 star is ambiance is not that great probably they may need a renovation or modern touch but that shouldn’t stop you from visiting them!!👍

Loved the price, but got what we paid for. This was the absolute hands down nastiest, most filthy place I have ever eaten at. I immediately asked my wife "do you wanna leave?" She said "we've paid already and were in a hurry, so let's just eat." Not one table had been cleaned. So much so, they ran out of plates for the buffet and people had to wait to eat. The drink machine was filthy with spilled soda everywhere. The bust boy shoved trash off the table and onto the floor. He didn't sweep it up. There was poop in the trash can in the bathroom. We ordered a fresh pizza and ate that.

Its a great value, their buffalo chicken pizza is very good. Kids enjoy eating here, and they have fantastic cinnamon rolls.

If you have kids it's a good pizza place to take them. Very kid friendly. The food is decent. They have a small salad bar, pizza bars, pasta, and desert. You can also have them make you a personal pizza free.

Went here with the kids prior to the lunch rush for a quick meal. The staff was good as always and the price cannot be beat as we ended up right at $16 for 1 adult and 2 kids. The pizza is as good when it's hot and they have no problem bringing a hot one out as I had them do because I love the spinach pizza. The salad was great and offered plenty of dressings and toppings. My only gripe and the only reason I would give them a 2 is the building or at least that particular section is in terrible shape. The ceiling is missing tiles and there was a party of it that was molded. The games room had an odor to it. The games were not maintained and some of the crane games had prizes that were clearly out of reach ( several items along the wall and corner). I left the restaurant feeling like I needed to wash my hands. Probably won't be back until they make some renovations.

This place was great, but for everyone not in the loop this place has been shut down. You'll just have to go to their other 2 locations close by Hixson and gunbarrel.

I would have given 5 ⭐ but the restroom's need to be renovated. The pizza is pretty good and the service is good. The manager is very friendly.

WAY understaffed, lines super long.....no social distancing being practiced. Server serving food kept waving his hat all over food and wiping his gloved hand on his sweaty forehead then serving food DISGUSTING.....not very clean dining room, will NOT be back

I'm on the Atkins diet. No bread, pasta, pizza crust, BUT Cicis will make me a crustless pizza. Plus since it's all you care to eat, I fill a plate with a variety of pizzas and scrape off the toppings sos to eat them, and throw away the crusts I can't eat.

They didn't have a lot of pizza when we came in but they put out a lot of fresh pizza and restocked their salad bar. I like the fact that you don't have to ask for everything on their salad bar either. Only drawback was their wings had a sour taste to them.
